NARAE Patent & Law Firm was founded in 1997, and merged with "J. R. Im & Associates" and "GWiPS" in Republic of Korea" on July 2001. We are continuously growing to extend our capability and building up the experience in the areas of intellectual property and technology related law. Our practice has specialized to prosecute patents, designs, trademarks and copyrights as well as related litigations.

There are 7 patent and trademark attorneys/agents, legal staff of attorneys at law, over 27 patent specialists, administrative and support staff members in our law firm. Some of our patent agents and attorneys are registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and several hold advanced degrees in engineering. All of our staff are well educated in various disciplines such as Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Communication Technologies, Pharmaceutics and Microbiology. Each of our staff is also well trained and experienced through their career to prepare and prosecute the patent applications.

Our firm has capability to efficiently provide high quality services for our clients. In our law firm, the computer networks are connected between individual staff member to access the Internet for searching and referring the domestic and international patent and trademark databases and on-line publications.
